In 2016, Mika Mattingly launched the Urban Core Division, joining forces with the global platform of Colliers International, to better serve clients with focused attention on urban renewal, off-market sales, and assemblages across core South Florida neighborhoods.
With a strong foundation of building-level market data and a knack for navigating the complexities of urban zoning and approvals, Mika has established herself as the premier real estate expert in the Downtown Miami area. She has been a trailblazer behind the market transformation from a neglected business corridor to a revitalized destination for real estate investing and community.
As a member of the firm’s Urban Core division, Bradley Arendt brings clarity and advisory to all product types within the dense urban areas contributing to South Florida’s urban renewal. With a specific focus on the urban cores throughout Broward County, Bradley draws upon his 15 years of experience to create brokerage and business development solutions for clients. He has an extensive background in mortgages, real estate investing, property acquisitions, management, and auctions that enables clients to better understand different viewpoints and maximize value.
As an Associate, Cecilia works directly with the growing Urban Core Division, preparing research and analysis of the team’s niche neighborhood data, including rate trends, zoning, comps and due diligence. She also provides support on a variety of marketing and business development initiatives.
Bringing 20 years of experience in print media and broadcast design to his new role, Jorge previously served as a Graphic Designer at CBRE where he supported top producing brokers in creating marketing materials including property brochures, posters, interactive PDF’s, online campaigns and web marketing, among others, for high-end and luxury commercial real estate properties.
Christina specializes in sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities throughout Miami & South Florida’s Urban Core areas. She has a passion for providing excellent service. Her ambitious entrepreneurial spirit, vast knowledge of capital markets, and ability to hone in and capitalize client needs has accelerated her into a key component in the team's acquisitions.
Christina joined The Urban Core Division in 2020, after highly successful international sales and hospitality stints. After graduating from FSU, Christina worked with the New Orleans Pelicans and the Miami HEAT, continuously exceeding sales goals, earning top salesperson for two out of the three years. She has traveled to over 30 countries and became an owner of a boutique hostel in Manila, Philippines where she owned and operated the business for six years.
Estefania Ochoa is an associate with the Urban Core Division. She specializes in commercial sales and leasing for Downtown Miami. Estefania handles exclusive tenant representations for buyers and tenants for industrial, office and investment properties. She has lived in more than five countries, bringing the international real estate perspective to the Urban Core Division. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French, some knowledge of Italian. Art of languages serves her well facilitating international clients. Previously she worked on the residential market in South Florida, helping clients not only meet their needs but exceed expectations for every transaction.
